Опис навчальної дисципліни
The discipline is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to work with technologies and algorithms for robotization of actions and processes. The discipline presents an overview of tools, technologies and concepts used in modern robotics, the principles of operation of robot modules and the basics of artificial intelligence.
The purpose of studying the elective discipline “Fundamentals of Robotics” is to provide students with knowledge about the structure of modern robots and artificial intelligence algorithms used in robotic devices.
Upon completion of this course the student will:
Know the current trends in systems and technologies used in robotics
Be able to make optimal decisions on the choice of structure of robots and robotic devices, as well as to program algorithms for artificial intelligence for them.
