Опис навчальної дисципліни

The course is devoted to the study of the basic technologies of nanoengineering and electron spectroscopy on crystalline semiconductor surfaces of substrates to obtain nanosystems with low-dimensional objects as the basis of nanoelectronics. Thus, the study of methods for the preparation, control and investigation of such nanosystems – nanodots (0D), nanofibres (1D) and nanofilms (2D) on nanostructured surfaces. The study of their elemental and phase composition, crystallography, electron and energy structure by means of surface electron spectroscopy.
