Information message about university-wide elective courses.

The choice of disciplines is carried out by 1st and 2nd-year students on the platform of the Dean’s Office system through personal student accounts.

The procedure of free choice of discipline involves 2 stages:

The first wave of registration begins at 11.00 am. March 11, 2024, and ends on March 15, 2024;
The second wave of registration and group formation starts from 11.00 a.m. on March 18, 2024, until March 21, 2024.

During the first wave of registration, students can log in to the system to view the status of group formation and change/edit their choice of discipline.

After the first wave is over, the disciplines for which groups consist of at least 25 people and the upper limit is 200 students are recorded. Students who have registered for the disciplines for which it was not possible to fill the groups, in the second wave of registration, have the opportunity to choose disciplines from those formed after the first wave.

The third stage in the formation of the student’s individual curriculum for the next academic year 2024-25 is the random distribution by the Dean’s Office of students who have not made their choice among the disciplines that have been completed by proportional completion of groups.

Once chosen (or randomly assigned), elective courses become mandatory for a particular student and cannot be changed. Be responsible and attentive to the formation of your individual curriculum! Monitor the situation, and check whether your choice is correctly recorded!
