Information about medical examinations for first-year students of the bachelor’s degree program

• Medical examinations are scheduled according to the schedule (in the attached file);.
• you can undergo a medical examination at your family doctor in any region (certificate form 086/о);
• the certificate is valid for 5 months, so the certificate submitted upon admission is not suitable (the Student Polyclinic refers to the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 246 of May 21, 2007);
• the certificate must be submitted to the Student Polyclinic (14 Boy-Zhelensky St.) according to the schedule for the faculty (the same attached file). If the certificate is not submitted on time, you will need to undergo a medical examination at the Student Polyclinic on a paid basis. This also applies to those who will undergo a medical examination at their clinic;
• as a standard, if you fail to pass the medical examination, you may not be allowed to attend the session;
• part-time students do not need to undergo a medical examination.
