The discipline “Web-technologies” is a selective discipline for students of different faculties, which is taught in the 3rd year. The final control is a score. The course must ensure student familiarity with modern web technologies that are used on the Internet. We consider the structure of the website, the HTML markup language, CSS, JavaScript scripting languages. The main focus is on the acquisition of knowledge and skills in the development of web systems, the ability to apply the knowledge gained practically.
Student Learning Outcomes:
- Student should know: TCP / IP protocols, HTTP protocol, HTML hypertext markup language, advanced search technology and web services, cascading CSS stylesheets, JavaScript programming language
- The student should be able to: create HTML pages using cascading style sheets and JavaScript programming languages
