Опис навчальної дисципліни

The purpose of teaching the subject
is to form students’ basic concepts of structural programming in Python 3.X, the ability to apply them in practice.

Objectives of teaching the subject

After studying this course, the student should know

basic concepts of structural programming;
basic built-in types of structural programming objects (numbers, strings, lists, dictionaries, tuples, files, sets) and syntactic constructs for using these objects in the form of literals (expressions that generate these objects);
elements of structural programming (if, while, for statements);
principles of building user functions using local and global variables;
organization of recursive user functions, master the methods of defining and practical application of recursive functions in programs;
basic principles of working with binary and text files, modular principle of program organization;
the basics of building data warehouses.

should be able to:

use the basic concepts of structural programming to solve various problems;
create and process structures, arrays of structures, simple file processing, create and use functions and classes.

To study the discipline, you need knowledge of the following subjects: “Mathematical Analysis, Differential Equations, and Computer Science and Programming.
