The course “Theory of Electrical and Electronic Circuits” is a normative discipline of the cycle of fundamental disciplines. It is taught to 2nd year students specializing in the departments of Sensor and Semiconductor Electronics and Physical and Biomedical Electronics.

Aims: to provide students with knowledge of the basics of the theory of linear and nonlinear electric circuits and methods of their calculation. Formation of practical skills in the construction, calculation and operation of basic functional electronic circuits.

Objectives: to teach students the basic methods of analysis of electrical and electronic circuits, the principles of operation of typical components of electronic circuits, to understand the role of signals in electronics and the role of electronic circuits in the processes of analysis and information conversion.
