The final attestation of graduates of the second (master’s) level of the educational and professional program “Devices and materials of sensor electronics” is carried out in the form of a public defense of the master’s qualification work and ends with the issuance of a document of the established model on awarding a master’s degree with the qualification “master’s degree in micro- and nanosystem engineering” .
The master’s qualification work should involve the solution of a complex scientific and applied problem in the field of micro- and nanosystem technology of various purposes, which requires conducting research and/or implementing innovations.
