Biography

Born on November 8, 1985 in the village of Bezbrody, Busk district, Lviv region. In 2003, he graduated from the Yevhen Petrushevych Busk Gymnasium at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In 2008, he graduated from Lviv National University. He received a Master’s degree in Electronics. From August 2008 to December 2011, he worked as an engineer at the research department of the Department of Electronics. Since January 2012, he has been employed as an engineer at the Department of Electronics at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. From September 2012 to April 2015, he worked as a part-time assistant at the Department of Electronics. In 2014, he defended his dissertation on “Evolution of Structural Defects in the Surface Layer of Barrier Structures Based on p-Si Stimulated by External Factors” and received a PhD in Physics and Mathematics, specializing in Physics of Semiconductors and Dielectrics. In June 2015, he was elected to the position of assistant professor at the Department of Electronics for a five-year term. In June 2017, he was elected to the position of Associate Professor of the Department of Sensor and Semiconductor Electronics for a five-year term.
