Biography

In 2003 he graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. In the same year he entered graduate school, which he successfully completed in 2006. In 2007 he was elected to the position of assistant of the Department of Physical and Biomedical Electronics. In October 2008 he defended his dissertation on “Dimensional effects in the electronic properties of thin films of metals deposited on dielectric and low-conductivity substrates.” In 2011 he was elected by competition for the position of associate professor of the same department. In 2012 he was awarded the title of associate professor of the same department. In 2015 he entered the doctoral program, which he successfully completed in 2017. In April 2019, the specialized scientific council D 20.051.06 successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on “ELECTRONIC PHENOMENA OF CHARGE TRANSFER IN NANORIZED DIMENSIONAL METALS” I am currently an associate professor of physical and biomedical electronics. In the curriculum I work on the development of the current direction of modern physical and power electronics and physics of dimensional kinetic phenomena in metal films.

Awards

In 2015, he co-authored the annual award of the President of Ukraine for young scientists for a series of scientific papers on “ELECTRICAL, OPTICAL AND STRUCTURAL PROPERTIES OF ULTRATONIC FILMS OF SIMPLE FABRICS”
